Good hotel in a quiet location. Staff were extremely helpful. We arrived in the morning and, as our rooms were ready, we were given keys to our room before 10am. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Plenty of food choices with hot and cold drinks. Food was replenished quickly. Staff were available and helpful if there were any issues.

Pleasant. Super staff who were friendly and helpful. Clean bedroom, very small and lack of storage space.

Our SweetBeds by ibis are designed to provide a restful sleep experience, and we are sorry if this was not your experience. We also note your preference for robes and slippers, which are indeed provided only in our premium rooms, as part of the additional amenities for that category. Regarding the room size and lack of storage space, we understand that this can be a concern. I had initially booked neighboring Ibis but quickly realized it was likely I would not get enough sleep with the train lines passing by so close in proximity. Overall the location was convenient just centric of most popular areas, my walking time ranged from 10-20 minutes. While the space was small, it had everything needed. The space seemed updated and modern, I only wish the rooms offered a small fridge. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

I stayed here for 4 nights for a work trip. Staff was always catering and always had the best smile from when I first saw them when I left the hotel in the morning to my return in the evening. Location wise was perfect for me as it was close to a metro station and I could get to work easily (UMC Amsterdam - AMC) The room itself was convenient, practical and comfortable. The bathroom needs a bit of a remodelling but other than that, all was great!

Room was too hot and AC did not work to cool it.
