This dirty hotel should be immediately closed: why Accor tolerates it?

I have never been in a hotel so dirty: the toilets and the bath have been cleaned by the staff perhaps a few weeks ago, if at all (apparently, the devastated pipes show that the automatic cleaning is not working for months). The molded floor discouraged me to take the bath. The taps in the room move in all directions. The smiling guy at the reception desks lies that WiFi just got out: the earlier opinions of the clients indicate that it does not work for several months. Overall, I lost 2 hours to find some WiFi in the city to have the possibility to reserve the hotel for the next stay. Clearly, the manager saves money on anything that is possible.

I put 2 for thé receptionist who was very king and helpful even he didn’t have what’s necessary to work properly! No towels, code didn’t open my door so I changed room, blanket visibly unclean, shower and toilet horrible! Never again!!!

The hotel was extremely dirty. I wanted to spent as little time in the “bathroom” as possible, we have even decided to pee at the gas station instead the toilets. The duvet was so dirty, so we slept under just the sheets and almost froze to death. I don’t know why is this hotel still operating. I have an infection in a wound on my finger now, and I’m pretty sure I caught it in this hotel. Ewww. The only plus was that we left early, because we didn’t want to spent any more time in this shithole
