We were just passing through Troyes for the night on our way to the Alps, and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received at the hotel. Parking under the hotel was super convenient, and breakfast set us up for the rest of our journey.

Wanted one family room as we are a family of four with kids 12 & under however this was not an option. Instead we got two rooms side by side. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a great location and has secure underground parking which was a big bonus as we had our ski kit in the car. The breakfast was good value. We would have given 10 / 10 if the bedrooms had been a family room and if the breakfast room had been bigger as it was very busy at 09:00.
