We use this hotel at least 2 or 3 times a year as it’s accessed easily from the motorway. Our room on this occasion was at the front of the hotel and it’s the first time we’ve experienced any road noise. Probably the worst room we’ve had and the first time booked direct! Used the restaurant and did not receive the usual 15% discount? Unsure of the reason for this.

I did not stay at the hotel ibis budget Bayonne on Feb 20, 2024. Your computer records must be incorrect, or someone recorded a stay under my name and Ibis account number. I have never been to Bayonne. I booked a room at this hotel in 2020 but had to cancel my trip because of the Covid pandemic.
