It was good, but after huge day travelling.. Was disappointed to find when showering there was no body wash, shampoo or conditioner.. Pretty slack I think.. Someone not doing there job properly

I had to attend a work conference in Kansas City and stayed here for 4 nights. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. I did not have any issues during my stay. The bar downstairs was amazing. They served great drinks and the bartender was very friendly.

The room was apparently on a sensor which seemed to not work so well. The lights did not turn on at first and the air conditioner was affected as well. The room never cooled off and I had to call the front desk which supplied a box fan. The water pressure was not adequate and the fridge did not keep things cold. The toilet seat even came off the toilet. Basically everything I touched seemed to have an issue. We went to another guests room, that we traveled with, and they didn't have any of the same issues.
